FAQ – Membership Details

Q: How do our 12 weekly hours work?
Couples share 12 hours per week as if they were one member. Either spouse can use the hours individually, or you can play together and draw from the same pool.

Q: Is there a daily limit?
Yes. Couples can use up to 4 hours per day combined.

Q: What if we use all our hours for the week?
You can continue playing at the public rate of $50/hr.

Q: How do guest fees work?

• The first hour of a session is included with your membership.

• From the 2nd hour onward, guests are billed at a flat $45/hr for the room.

Examples

• 1 hour with guests → Covered by membership

• 3 hours with guests → 3 member hours used | Guests $90

• 4 hours with guests → 4 member hours used | Guests $135

Q: Can we share hours with another member outside our couple?
No. Your hours are only for the two of you.

Q: How does league play work for couples?

• Each couple pays a league entry fee (with 20% off).

• Weekly league fees are also 20% off.

• Membership hours do not apply to league sessions.

Q: Do our hours cover tournaments?
No. Tournament entries are separate. As a couple member, you receive 10% off tournament entry fees.

Q: Can we cancel our membership?
If you are on a payment plan and choose to cancel, you will be billed the equivalent of 3 months of payments at the monthly rate.
