FAQ – Membership Details

Q: How do my 12 weekly hours work?
If you’re in a bay, your time counts. Playing alone for 4 hours = 4 hours of membership time. Playing 4 hours with guests = still 4 hours of your membership time.

Q: Is there a daily limit?
Yes. You can use up to 4 hours per day.

Q: Does this apply year-round?
Yes. You receive 12 hours per week, every week of the year.

Q: What if I use all my hours for the week?
You can keep playing at the public rate of $50/hr.

Q: How do guest fees work?

• The first hour of a session is included with your membership.

• From the 2nd hour onward, guests are billed at a flat $45/hr for the room (no matter how many guests are present).

Examples

• 1 hour with guests → You use 1 hr | Guests $0

• 3 hours with guests → You use 3 hrs | Guests $90

• 4 hours solo → You use 4 hrs | Guests $0

• 4 hours with guests → You use 4 hrs | Guests $135

Q: Can I share my hours with another member?
No. Each member’s hours cover their own time only.

Q: How does league play work for members?

• League play is separate from your 12 hours.

• Members receive 20% off both league entry fees and weekly league fees.

• Membership hours do not apply to league sessions.

Q: Do my hours cover tournaments?
No. Tournament entries are separate. As a 365 member, you receive 10% off tournament entry fees.

Q: Can I cancel my membership?
If you are on a payment plan and choose to cancel, you will be billed the equivalent of 3 months of payments at the monthly rate.
